My name is Jutta Burmeister and I am the founder of Soulbusiness Consulting. I know successes in abundance, as well as crises. In principle, I know everything that an entrepreneur encounters in his everyday life. And I know the desire for freedom.

Why does an entrepreneur become an entrepreneur? He wants to realize his vision. With emphasis on “want”. Reality often looks very different. That is where it is, the dear vision, pushed aside by everyday life and out of focus. Mine was also once completely lost.

There was a time when I swapped roles in a gradual process. From the longed-for “free” entrepreneur to the juggler: I was busy all day keeping what felt like a hundred balls in the air. Without being able to look left or right. Freedom? That was over. Unfortunately, despite all adversities, people often remain deaf in both ears for a very long time.
